Our Daily Rate
Real progress takes more than just space and coffee. Our daily rate provides the framework that allows teams to focus on what matters most and make progress.
Technology
Plug-and-play: projectors or large displays, portable displays, digital whiteboards, ceiling-mounted and wireless microphones, and speakers. Reliable Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms and outdoor areas. Hybrid meetings are easily possible. Adapters (HDMI/USB-C) and extension cables are available.
Service
Personalized service begins before you arrive: Shuttle service to and from the Zäziwil or Konolfingen train stations, parking spaces with and without electric charging stations, all services included—price clearly displayed at a glance, no additional costs—except for the charging station.
Meals
Coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and snacks are available all day long—right in the room or just next door, as much as you’d like. Plus, a mid-morning snack, an afternoon snack, and a three-course Tavolata lunch. And if you’d rather skip dessert after the Tavolata, just take it with you as a seminar snack. That’s what a true all-inclusive package à la Appenberg looks like.
Infrastructure
Appenberg has it all: a modern seminar room complete with technology, as much seminar material as your heart (or the whiteboard) desires, plus a group room, co-working zones, and creative workspaces in the fresh air. Starting in the summer of 2027, hotel guests will even have access to a fitness center—for fresh ideas and sharp minds.

Whether it’s whiteboards, paper, presentation materials, or outdoor toolkits—you choose what you need, and we’ll make sure everything is ready. At no extra cost. And if something is missing, we’re happy to lend a hand.
Rooms
Our spaces are comfortable, functional, and flexible—everything is movable and can be rearranged quickly. Whether it’s a workshop in a circle, a breakout session in the swing, or a meeting at a high table: here, you’re free to experiment. Different seat heights and surfaces encourage a change of perspective and new ways of thinking. If you prefer a more traditional setup, just let us know. Our philosophy: The spaces adapt to the people, not the other way around.
Coffee breaks? Everything is available at any time, with no limits. Nice weather? With our tools, any seminar can be moved outdoors. For us, productivity means taking care of all the tedious details for you. That’s why our packages are all-inclusive and our quotes are easy to understand.

10 x CHF 135.- per night in a single room, including breakfast (10% discount for seminars with 6 or more people—already deducted here)
Total CHF 4,540.00, all-inclusive (excluding the supporting program and alcoholic beverages)
Please note that room rates vary depending on the season.
On foot: The Appenberg is a 40-minute walk from the Zäziwil train station—peace, nature, and views included.
By Public Transportation: We’d be happy to pick you up for free at the Zäziwil train station (25 minutes from Bern) or the Konolfingen train station (16 minutes from Bern) with our shuttle. The ride to the hotel takes about 10 minutes. After the seminar, we’ll of course take you back to the train station.
By car: Over 70 parking spaces are available free of charge. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available for an additional fee.
Upon request, we'd be happy to arrange larger buses and pick you up at the location of your choice.
Yes, the Appenberg can also be booked exclusively for larger events—including all indoor and outdoor spaces and hotel rooms.
