Pasta Party at the Cacis Mill
Whether it’s sculpting small figures out of clay or making fresh pasta from simple ingredients: at Cacis Mühle, everyone pitches in, experiments, and shares a laugh. These two creative experiences focus on togetherness and the joy of doing things yourself. A delicious aperitif rounds out the experience upon request.
Lättele
This activity calls for creativity and a delicate touch! Under expert guidance, you’ll shape your own little figure from a lump of clay. There are virtually no limits to your imagination. Whether artistic or a bit quirky, working together will result in unique, personal creations—and is sure to bring a smile or two.
Pasta Party
Flour, salt, and olive oil come together to create a taste of Italian joie de vivre. In about three hours, you’ll make your own pasta, from delicate tagliatelle to ravioli filled with a filling of your choice. Together, you’ll knead, roll out, and shape the dough. You can also enjoy an aperitif that you’ve ordered in advance.
About Cacis Mill
The historic mill in Grosshöchstetten was brought back to life in 2001 by Magdalena and Salvatore Caci, who poured their heart and soul into the project with the support of friends. Today, it is a special place where Italian cuisine, art, and craftsmanship come together. Personal, creative, and with a healthy dose of “la vita è bella.”
