Forest Bathing, Forest Rally, Forest Golf
Step out of the seminar room and into the forest. Whether it’s forest golf, a challenging woodland rally or mindful forest bathing, discover nature together from a new perspective. Sometimes it’s all about fun and team spirit, sometimes about slowing down and recharging. Either way, you’ll take home more than fresh air.
Forest Golf
Forest golf requires skill, a good dose of team spirit, and sometimes a little luck. Whether playing individually or in teams, you’ll face a variety of challenges in the heart of nature.
Forest Rally
Together, we'll go on a discovery tour through the forest. At various stations, you'll solve tricky puzzles, demonstrate your creativity and intuition, and learn exciting facts about nature along the way.
Forest Bathing
Here, the focus is on slowing down. On a guided nature tour, you’ll explore the forest with all your senses. Simple mindfulness exercises help you find peace, recharge your energy, and strengthen your resilience.
